Cleaning * Wash before use. * Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes. * Do not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives. * To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then trying soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

Great glasses. For a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We have had these glasses for 2 months now as everyday drinking glasses and I will only be buying these in the future.
I contacted customer service several times about a chipped glass that was shipped. It has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive a response. I love the glasses but the customer service is very poor.
I was given a set of 5 short tumblers. First time in the dishwasher, the paint/color came off on the outside ridges and where the rack touched the lip as positioned upside down on the top rack. Very disappointing. 😔
