* Do not use our products in the oven except for our OVENCHEF® range which includes roasting dishes and ramekins.
* Do not use our products directly over a flame.
* Do not expose our products to a sudden change of temperature of more than 130°C/266°F.
* Do not use a damaged or chipped product (risk to the user).
* Avoid scratching the products' surface.
Cleaning
* Wash before use.
* Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes.
* Do not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives.
* To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then trying soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

We ordered a dozen 8oz tumbler glasses along with a dozen 16oz tumblers. Just the right size for juice and I like the fact they are stackable and fit the applicable space in our dishwasher.
We ordered a dozen 16oz tumbler glasses along with a dozen 8oz tumblers. We don't stack this size but it appears they can be stacked. One of the dozen tumblers had a misshaped rim and after dropping a note to customer service, a replacement glass was shipped, so customer service was great. Will likely order more Duralex drinking glasses if/when the need arises.

We ordered a dozen 8oz tumbler glasses along with a dozen 16oz tumblers. Just the right size for juice and I like the fact they are stackable and fit the applicable space in our dishwasher.
Nice, classic glasses
Great glasses. For a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We have had these glasses for 2 months now as everyday drinking glasses and I will only be buying these in the future.
No reply
I contacted customer service several times about a chipped glass that was shipped. It has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive a response. I love the glasses but the customer service is very poor.
