* Do not use our products directly over a flame.
* Do not expose our products to a sudden change of temperature of more than 130°C/266°F.
* Do not use a damaged or chipped product (risk to the user).
* Avoid scratching the products' surface.
Cleaning
* Wash before use.
* Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes.
* Do not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives.
* To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then trying soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

I absolutely adore these dishes! I use them everyday because they are so versatile & I love the depth you get with them. We use them for everything from cereals, to soups, to salads & entrées. They are absolutely fantastic. I don’t have to worry about the transition from the refrigerator to the microwave because they are safe to use in both, so no messy timely transfers. The beauty of Duralex products is that they’re glass, which is one of the most sterile materials you can ask for…no leaching of harmful or toxic chemicals and that makes me feel so much better as a Mom. As a bonus, they’re absolutely stunning, lightweight, easy to clean & extremely durable. The size of these dishes are spot on perfect. They were a fantastic price and I’m so glad I bought them. I’m thinking of buying another set.

I absolutely love these bowl/plates. I use them as smaller pasta bowls for everything from salads to cereals to serving entrées & snacks to my children. They are fantastically versatile, beautiful, strong, chic & lightweight. Most importantly, they are safe! They are microwavable safe & they pose no threat or danger of leaching harmful cancer/disease causing chemicals to my family or myself. I particularly enjoy the Calotte model because they’re the perfect size.
