* Avoid scratching the products' surface.
Cleaning
* Wash before use.
* Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes.
* Do not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives.
* To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then trying soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

The Arc of the Rim is Too Shallow
The arc of this glass is so shallow that when you drink, some of the liquid can ooze out by the corners of your mouth. It's hard to explain, but to us, they aren't the most comfortable to drink from. The weight and grip are good though. I wouldn't buy them again.

Duralex tumblers have been our go-to everyday glassware for many years. They are durable and also look good. We use them for both hot and cold beverages in our extremely active household. I migrated away from plastic long ago and Duralex is always our first choice.
